Our standard rate is $55 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Deep cleans require a 4-hour minimum. Move in/out cleans require a 5-hour minimum. Post-Construction cleans require a 6-hour minimum. Additional employees can be added at $35 per hour each to finish the job faster.

A Standard Clean is for homes that are regularly cleaned or in good condition. It includes:
Kitchen: Wipe countertops, exterior of appliances, stovetop, sink, spot-clean cabinet exteriors, empty trash.
Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets, tubs/showers, empty trash.
All Rooms: Dust reachable surfaces, furniture, baseboards, window sills, and shelves; vacuum/mop floors; remove cobwebs.
Bedrooms & Living Areas: Make beds (if linens are left out), tidy surfaces, vacuum/mop floors, empty trash.
Deep cleans include everything in a Standard Clean plus the inside of appliances such as the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge (must be empty). A minimum of 4 hours is required.
We clean for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per day. If the job requires more time, we can schedule multiple days.
We do not do dishes, laundry, landscaping, move heavy furniture or appliances, shampoo carpets, or clean exterior windows unless it’s specifically requested and quoted.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged a cancellation fee equal to our 2-hour minimum. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment is due at the end of your cleaning. We’ll deduct your $30 deposit from the total and provide an invoice for the remaining balance.
We are based in Soledad and serve all of Monterey County. We also take jobs in Santa Cruz and San Jose depending on the request.
