No, as long as we have safe access. Many of our Standard and Advanced clients choose to schedule during work hours so they return to a fresh home.

  • Basic, Standard, Advanced: Sessions are 2 hours each.

  • Additional free hours (in Standard/Advanced) can be scheduled as one longer visit or spread out.

  • Standard & Advanced Packages: Priority rescheduling within the same week.
  • Basic Package: Subject to regular schedule availability.
  • Yes—supplies and equipment are included in all packages.

Once you subscribe to a package, we’ll set your recurring schedule. You can also request one-off changes by phone/email.

You can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, unused cleanings can be credited or refunded per our cancellation policy.
