These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cleaning services provided by A&B House Cleaning LLC (“Company”), and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. A&B House Cleaning LLC offers general cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and surface cleaning.

1.2. A&B House Cleaning LLC does not specialize in or guarantee the removal of hazardous substances, such as mold, asbestos, lead, or others.

1.3. For specialized cleaning needs, including mold removal, customers are advised to seek appropriate professionals specializing in such services.

2. Service Limitations

2.1. While A&B House Cleaning LLC strives to provide thorough cleaning services, certain factors may affect the results, including but not limited to:

  • Condition and age of the property.
  • Presence of hazardous substances such as mold, asbestos, lead, or others.

2.2. A&B House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in its sole discretion, it deems the task to be outside the scope of its capabilities or potentially hazardous.

3. Payment

3.1. A&B House Cleaning LLC accepts payment via credit cards, debit cards, and cash transactions.

3.2. Prior to the cleaning service, A&B House Cleaning LLC may place a temporary hold or pre-authorization on the customer’s credit card to secure the appointment. The card will not be charged until after the cleaning service is completed.

5. Insurance

5.1. A&B House Cleaning LLC is insured through NEXT.

6. Refunds

6.1. A&B House Cleaning LLC offers partial refunds only if insurance coverage is not applicable. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

6.2. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Our cleaning technicians will ask for your satisfaction at the end of the cleaning appointment. If you are unsatisfied, please communicate your concerns at that time.

7. Indemnification

7.1. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&B House Cleaning LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms or negligence.

8. Amendments

8.1. A&B House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
