This service is designed to prepare a home for a new resident or help you leave it in great shape. It includes surface-level cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and hard surfaces — similar to a deep clean, but focused on empty homes.

We can clean inside cabinets, fridge, or oven if the items are emptied and requested in advance

Yes. The home must be mostly empty. We do not clean around personal belongings, clutter, or furniture during move-out cleans.

Our move-in / move-out cleaning has a 4-hour minimum. Time depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll let you know if additional time is recommended.

No. We do not provide junk removal or haul-away services. All trash must be bagged and ready for standard disposal.

Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have special requests (e.g., fragrance-free products), please let us know in advance.

Just call or text us to check availability. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged the full 2-hour minimum. The deposit is non-refundable.
