Our Move-In / Move-Out cleaning is ideal for preparing a home for new occupants or restoring cleanliness after you’ve moved out. We clean the most used and visible areas to leave the property fresh, presentable, and move-in ready.
Home must be mostly empty for this service.
What's Included:
Kitchen
- Wipe countertops and cabinet exteriors
- Clean stovetop and exterior of appliances
- Scrub sink and faucet
- Spot-clean backsplash and high-touch surfaces
- Clean microwave interior (if present)
- Inside fridge, oven, and cabinets (if emptied)
Bathrooms
- Scrub tubs/showers, toilets, sinks, and faucets
- Disinfect counters, mirrors, and light switches
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe cabinet fronts & interiors
Bedrooms & Living Areas
- Dust baseboards, doors, window sills, and shelves
- Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Spot-clean walls and doors (light marks only)
Final Walkthrough
- Quick check to ensure all areas are neat and presentable
Not Included
- Carpet shampooing
- Grout cleaning, steam cleaning, or hard water removal
- Garage or outdoor cleaning
- Organizing or decluttering
- Pressure washing
- Mold removal

- Home must have water, power, and be safe to access

Pricing
- $55/hour
- $35/hour for each additional cleaner
- 4-hour minimum required

Yes. The home must be mostly empty. We do not clean around personal belongings, clutter, or furniture during move-out cleans.
Our move-in / move-out cleaning has a 4-hour minimum. Time depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll let you know if additional time is recommended.
No. We do not provide junk removal or haul-away services. All trash must be bagged and ready for standard disposal.
Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have special requests (e.g., fragrance-free products), please let us know in advance.
Just call or text us to check availability. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged the full 2-hour minimum. The deposit is non-refundable.
