No, we do not make beds, do laundry, or organize personal items. We ask that all surfaces be cleared off prior to our arrival so we can clean efficiently.

Our standard cleaning has a 2-hour minimum. Time depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll let you know if additional time is recommended.
Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have special requests (e.g., fragrance-free products), please let us know in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged the full 2-hour minimum. The deposit is non-refundable.
